Today John Bramston hosted the Redbridge maths challenge. 16 schools from Redbridge were invited to take part in a series of fun maths challenges. The day was very successful and children really enjoyed themselves. Our visitors were very complimentary about our school and our children, commenting on how polite and kind they were. Well done JB.
One of the activities the children particularly enjoyed was the boat making challenge, have a look and see how they got on..
Once the boats were made we tested them to see if they could hold a 1kg weight. The winning boat held 3.5kg!!!
Well done to everyone who took part.
A huge thank you to year 6 who helped to organise the activities.
